These Terms govern your access to and use of the ILU Collective website, chat widget, SMS program, and in-suite services. By using the Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years of age and have legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement. If you provide a mobile phone number, you represent that you are the account holder of that number or that you have permission from the account holder.
3. Our services
ILU Collective provides physician-supervised medical aesthetic services including injectables and fillers (Botox, Dysport, facial rebalancing), advanced medical-grade skincare and facials, FDA-cleared laser hair removal, body contouring, and IV therapy. All medical services are administered by licensed providers under the medical direction of Dr. Lourdes Bosch, MD.
4. SMS & text messaging
By providing your mobile phone number to ILU Collective through our chat widget or in person with explicit consent, you agree to receive recurring automated marketing and informational text messages — including appointment confirmations, reminders, aftercare follow-ups, membership notifications, follow-up on inquiries, and promotional offers. 5. Consultations, appointments & cancellations
Initial consultations are complimentary with no obligation to book treatment. A refundable deposit may be required to secure certain promotional offers (deposit applied to your visit). Please arrive on time. Provide at least 24 hours' notice for cancellations or reschedules; late cancellations or no-shows may incur a fee. We reserve the right to refuse service if a client is non-compliant, intoxicated, abusive, or otherwise unfit for treatment.
6. Payment, packages & memberships
All prices are listed in U.S. dollars and subject to change. Payment is due at the time of service. We accept credit/debit cards, HSA/FSA cards for eligible services, and offer membership tiers (Laser Glow, Radiance, Elite, ILU Collective Society, ILU Atelier, ILU Transform). Memberships, packages, and prepaid services are non-refundable and non-transferable except as required by law.
7. Medical disclaimer
The services provided by ILU Collective are not a substitute for emergency medical care or a relationship with your primary care physician. Information on our website, in our SMS messages, or provided by our staff is for general informational purposes and does not constitute medical advice. For medical emergencies, call 911 or go to your nearest emergency room. Individual results vary and are not guaranteed.
8. User conduct
You agree not to provide false information, use the Services unlawfully, submit defamatory or infringing content, tamper with our website or systems, use robots or scripts, impersonate others, or send unsolicited communications.
